This city marina, located off the ICW (marker 296) at the southern end of the channel in Carolina Beach, is dedicated to fishing charter and party boats. Transient slips are not available, and mooring is tight. Major Interstate arteries are I-40 & I-95 but other popular routes include Highways 17, 74/76, & 117. Merge into 421 South and turn left onto Carl Winner Drive.
